Lee Wagner started Computer Consultants Inc. in 1981, at the start of the IT era. He saw a need to help small businesses use computer technology to grow their businesses. It became family company when his wife, Joan and son, Andrew joined the ranks and still work there today.  

Over the past 35 years, we have grown from a one-man family shop to a robust team of highly trained and savvy IT professionals. CCI has moved its focus, along with the industry, from setting up big rooms full of servers, to now helping clients move to the cloud and utilize internet phone systems to better run their businesses.

At CCI, we now sell and support Nextiva phone service.  Nextiva has nine datacenters across North America, and have trademarked the slogan “amazing service.” They make good on their slogan every day for our customers.  We use a cloud Nextiva system in-house, and regularly utilize its many features, as well as having employees answer phones from remote locations. With a Nextiva VoIP phone system, you can stay connected no matter where you go.  All you need is either a “hard” phone, a traditional handset, typically for workers who work in one place onsite, or a “soft” phone, which is a piece of software that runs on a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.  Anywhere that you can find either WiFi or a 4G connection, you can make and answer calls.
