Neither of us has had a bad job.
What led you to your industry?
Family. It all started by assuming Bjanka’s brother’s equipment.
What was the smartest thing your company did in the past year?
We decided to focus on the growth of the company: driver division instead of owner operators.
How do you try to differentiate your business from others in your industry?
Our goals are to maintain outstanding communication and relationships among drivers, office staff and customers, and to keep up with the latest technology.
What’s the hottest trend in your industry, and are you going to jump on board?
AI and trucks powered by electricity, and we’re planning to jump on board.
What’s the hardest part of your job?
Managing business during economic swings.
What’s the best part?
It is interesting and changes every day. There is always room for improvement.
What best advice would you share with new entrepreneurs?
Be ready to work hard seven days a week.

Being involved in every aspect of the business. St. Louis is a great location for a trucking company.

Sandi: Spend time with family and friends, race cars, play tennis, and play drums.
Bjanka: Spend time with family and friends, cook, travel, and race cars.
